  • Payment is due at the conclusion of service and can be made to the technician performing the service or paid through an digital invoice
  • The service price is charged at 30 minute intervals with a 1 hour minimum charge for all services performed
  • Any cancellations less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service charge up to a maximum of $50
  • Appointments can be rescheduled at any time up to an hour prior to the scheduled start time. Rescheduling an appointment less than hour before the scheduled start time will be deemed as a cancellation and incur the cancellation fee mentioned above
